Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Smellify order.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

To request a return, please contact us at store.smelify@gmail.com and include your order number.

After notifying us of your return, the product must be sent back within 14 days.

Return Conditions

Returned products should be handled with care and returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received.

You may inspect the product as necessary to determine its characteristics and function. If a product has been handled or used beyond what is necessary for such inspection and this results in a reduction in value, Smellify may make a corresponding deduction from the refund where permitted by law.

Please package returned products securely to prevent damage during transport.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Smellify cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost during transit.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at store.smelify@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where applicable.

If the claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law. This may include replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.

Smellify will cover reasonable return costs where the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and processed, the applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method.

For a full withdrawal from an order, eligible standard delivery costs will also be refunded where required by law.

Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option are not refundable.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. You may instead use your applicable right of withdrawal after receiving the order.
