These Terms of Service apply when you purchase products from Smellify through our online store.

We aim to display and describe our products as accurately as possible.
Because of differences in screens, lighting, natural materials and manufacturing, minor variations in colour, appearance, texture or finish may occur.
Natural wooden components may also vary slightly between individual products.
Such minor variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is defective or does not correspond with its description.
3. Fragrance
Fragrance perception and intensity are subjective and may vary depending on factors including temperature, airflow, vehicle size, installation and personal preference.
Any stated fragrance duration is an estimate based on normal conditions and does not constitute a guarantee that every product will maintain the same fragrance intensity for the entire stated period.
4. Prices
All prices displayed to consumers include applicable VAT where required, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs and any other applicable charges are displayed before completion of the order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Orders
An order is submitted when you complete checkout.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or where a product is unavailable.
If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
